Working with governments across Europe and the rest of the world to re-shape thinking and approaches to tackling domestic violence and housing, we provide advice, lobbying and consultancy on policies, processes and training.

DAHA sit on the Home Office "National Violence Against Women and Girls" Stakeholder panel,  are a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, and have the support of many housing bodies including: Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH), National Housing Federation, Capsticks, Northern Housing Consortium, Resolve ASB, and London Housing Operational Groups.

DAHA were highlighted as good practice in the cross Government Violence Against Women and Girls Action Plan and the MHCLG Supplementary Guidance on Homelessness and Domestic Abuse.

In terms of influence, we seek to highlight the important role that housing have in recognising and responding to domestic abuse via the media, research, and publications.
